If according to the mythology each man contains the entire universe shaped like an egg, you can draw an analogy between the individual and the egg. Then the egg is presented as an allegorical interpretation of man, and society as a plurality of such interpretations. Personality is formed within the system, it is inseparable from it but not identical to it. While the individual possesses the spiritual essence, the system does not. There is an inherent contradiction in it. Any superiority of a heartless system over spiritualized person is absurd. Excessive control, intrusion into private domain is dangerous, because in this case the protective coating of an individual, his "shell" is broken down, and he is dissolved in the system. Vitality and advancement of society depends on how well it solves the main problem: its relationship with personality.
